Shadowrun: Conclusion

Tonight was the last week in the current roleplaying session. Next week we all move onto other games. Anyway, after the meeting we were guarding was attacked by a small paramilitary force last week we spent this week dealing with the aftermath of the attack and our egress from the area. Hampered by a heavy dose of paranoia, after one of our party was kicked out of a chopper by one of the guys we were guarding, we ended up playing safe and ignoring instructions given to us by the security forces and left the area by other means. Once we decided that we had got a reasonable distance away one of the mages went astral to find out what was going on and returned with a second mage, a representative of the security forces. We have now surrendered ourselves to them and are just going through a debrief process. At this point I think that getting out of the run alive is the best we could have hoped for.
