After recently completing an online application form and subsequently completing an online assessment and data entry test I have been invited to arrange an interiew with HM Revenue & Customs for the position of Contact Centre Adviser in a new local tax office that is opening in the near future.
After checking the available slots I have selected 15:30 this coming Tuesday. Apparently the interview will last for at least 1½ hours and will include some more assessments and roleplay of potential situations.
