Doctor Who: Season 4 - A Reminder

How could I forget. I was counting down the time until it arrived. I was very happy with it. Not up the usual first episode, and there are questions about that last scene when the keys were dropped in the bin (not saying too much as some of your readers may not have seen it yet)

To be honest I wasn't too impressed with the episode. It was okay as a way of getting Donna back into the mix. But I thought the story was weak and the special effects on the Adipose was too cutesy. Come on, waving 'bye bye' for goodness sake. It really made the episode look tacky and childish. You can understand why they've always had problems selling it mass-market in the USA.

The final scene may well be a portent of things to come.

Russell T Davies also was not happy with the adipose waving. But then again, is he ever happy?
