Dad's Home
By My Dad was released from hospital earlier today. Apparently, it wasn't gangrene in his toe after all, and it's responding well to the antibiotics they've given him. However, he's not totally in the clear. He has really bad circulation in his leg and they are calling him back into hospital next Monday to operate. They're going to use some small balloons to try and open up his veins to improve the circulation.

At least it's not gangrene though.
Dad's back in hospital again and apparently the balloon procedure didn't work so they're now going to actually open his leg up to have a better look at it and see if they can do anything further.
He's actually now back home. They're going to send him an appointment out for the full procedure.
Eek. "hey guys, let's take a look from the inside". Hopefully it will be soon so that they can get it sorted out.
