By Nightwish have announced Anette Olzon as their new singer replacing Tarja Turunen who was fired in 2005.
They're already well into the recording process for their new album and a download only single "Eva" is currently available. Anette's vocals sound different to Tarja's but that's not to say it's any sort of problem. Anette sounds very good on "Eva" and I'll be waiting eagerly to get my hands on a copy of the new album.
She is also very aesthetically pleasing as well. ;o)
