By Drove down to Folkestone yesterday.
Set out from home at 10am and arrived in Folkestone just after 8pm. There were 2 lots of roadworks on the M6 and a couple of more on the M1. Reached the M25 at 4:30pm and thought that I'd reach Folkestone by 6pm. 2¾ hours later and I was still stuck on the M25; thanks to multiple sets of roadworks, long queues here and there and rush hour; quite a misnomer that, traffic.
Next time, I'm going to set off sooner.
