By It's a real minefield.
The number of times in the past that I've had to convert a file from one format to another for either myself or somebody else is probably well in the hundreds.
Anyway, was browsing the web the other night and came across a special offer on Scan's website for a Ellion DVX-520C DVD Player that also plays DivX and other formats. After a wee bit of further digging I found a Yamada DVX-6600 on GameLoaded.
It arrived this morning and so far it's performed flawlessly with absolutely everything I've thrown at it. Very pleased, and it was well under one hundred pounds, a real bargain.
